Water, GeoThermal as well as a BioMass Plant for the Upcoming World's largest Retail Market... The Point.
Located in Sayerville, NJ just 30 minutes form Manhattan, this 2.2 million square foot mall nestled against 3 miles of waterfront views is scheduled for completion in 2013!
Project Two - Horizon Corporate Center
New Construction. Horizon Corporate Center is located in Trevose, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The Campus is ideally situated at the intersection of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) and Route 1, providing direct access to Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York City. Horizon Corporate Center enjoys direct access and excellent visibility from Route 1, is contiguous to the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and is four miles west of Interstate 95. There is direct turnpike interchange access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The main arteries surrounding the property are generally commercial in character, including office and retail uses. The Campus is a half-mile from the popular Neshaminy Mall and just two miles away from the Philadelphia Park Racetrack and Casino.
Project Three - Trenton and Newark Housing Authorities
Myriad Power for the past year has been planning a revitalization of all roofing systems and electrical infostructure for both Trenton and Newark Housing Authorities. This green initiative will not only benefit the carbon footprint of New Jersey, but allow residence to share in the ongoing efforts to move from fossel fuels.
